LipSense Lip Colors #Review

Hey friends! I am jumping on real quick today to let you know about an awesome company I was able to review recently. Been a busy week with a vacation trip and back but wanted to share with you all about LipSense that I received from Red Gate Beauty. This is a wonderful new way to wear lip color that lasts!

I was sent two products, a moisturizing gloss and a long lasting liquid lip color. Now I have to tell you, I am not a big fan of the heavy lip glosses, I would prefer a light lip balm that I can apply a couple times a day. But after receiving this, I don't think I will go back to a balm again, other than during the winter when my lips often chap. This duo is pretty sweet and when combined together, they will last the whole day.

The liquid lip color I received in Luv It, and goes on first, and I will warn you, it tingles. When I first applied it, I was unsure if it was supposed to tingle like it did, but then I went on and found some helpful tips and realized it is common for them. The more I used it though, the less time it tingled when I put it on. So after a week or two, it really didn't tingle much at all. It is sticky, and goes on much different than a lip balm, but that is normal. The only thing I didn't care for was the scent, it is almost a chemical scent but quickly goes away. As you can see, the color is nice and light pink, and lasted the entire day.

Now the moisturizing gloss I requested an almost raspberry color called Bougainvillea and it is so pretty, but quite a bit brighter than what I am accustomed to. When it is combined together with the lip color though they work so nicely! And believe me, it makes my lips feel all smooth and moisturized. I am totally in love with them both!
