Homes in Beverly Hills

Do any of my blog readers happen to live in California? If any of you do, what about Beverly Hills? I have never been to California but it is a place I would enjoy seeing, just to say I have been there. And for those of you who live there, or who might be looking at moving across the country, I found a website that has beverly hills homes for sale. I have moved often in my lifetime and I can't say that Beverly Hills would be my first choice, but it sure does look lovely! Southern California is a beautiful place. Check out the area and see if they just might have something for you:)

For those of you looking at moving, there are some things to keep in mind. We have been looking at purchasing a new house and let me tell you, there are a lot of things to stay focused on and be strict with. Certain things you have to have leeway on and others make for a no compromise situation. One thing we have been pretty set on is property. It must have a certain amount of acreage. Not only for the children to have room to play but also for the animals. We have dogs and they have to have the room to run and all. In this area we have a certain amount of property we want, but anything over and above that is an extra. Yes we want property, but it doesn't have to be a lot.

In our search for just the right house, we have run into a lot of different scenarios and situations. One person is selling their home at an overrated price but they don't want to bargain at all. While the next person only wants to do business through a realtor. Purchasing a new home is a big decision. So make sure you get what you are looking for. If something feels off, or you and your spouse can't agree on something, take the time to pray over it and make the right decision. Normally there is a reason for that feeling, so don't rush into buying a house just because you have the money and need a home. Think things through and get what you want. But on the other hand, don't be too strict and lose a house that would be perfect:)

This is a sponsored post however, all the points and views are my own.

When we were looking at houses my husband and I had a "list." These were things that were non-negotiable. Our house was the only house we looked at with EVERYTHING on list. We snatched it up and it is great! There are some things I would change, of course, but it is wonderful! kristiedonelson(at)gmail(dot)com Thank you!
